West Harrison Concerned about I-287 Plan

Several residents voiced their concern, opinions and shared ideas with the Department of Transportation during a meeting recently held at the White Plains Public Library.

The New York State Department of Transportation has announced a public meeting (Public Workshop III) will be held
on Wednesday - September 24th from 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM
at the Leo Mintzer Center.

The purpose of this meeting is for the NYSDOT to share Final Preliminary Landscape plans and gather additional comments. All are welcome to attend this informative meeting.

As many of you know, there has been quite a bit of speculation and confusion about the construction that is currently taking place to help shape and revitalize our community.

Many thanks to Harrison Town Councilman Fred Sciliano for providing these updated Lake Street Streetscape improvement plans.

$20.00 Per Person (age 18-64)   /   $15.00 Per Person (age 65 and above)

    As a member of our organization, your efforts will help to:

    ¤  Strengthen community bonds through collaborative effort with our local officials.
    ¤  Bring improvements to existing town and village services when possible.
    ¤  Help to develop new, creative ways to enhance town facilities for residents and businesses.
    ¤  Identify and help facilitate new programs for children, senior citizens and families.


    Annual membership dues payments enable our not-for-profit organization to continue it's
    mission to bring improvements to the entire West Harrison community
