To apply for a membership, all applicants must meet the following requirements:

Membership Requirements:

All persons, eighteen (18) years of age and older, holder of title to a property or legal business owner or business lessee or a resident located within the geographic boundaries of West Harrison, NY within the Town/Village of Harrison, NY; County of Westchester and State of New York shall be eligible to apply for a membership in the West Harrison Neighborhood Association, Inc.

We reserve the right to request satisfactory proof of an applicant's permanent residence, business address or their legal ownership of a property located within the geographic boundaries of West Harrison, NY. Failure to provide the requested proof will be subject to the denial of your membership application.

Membership Dues:
 

Annual dues for current or new members of the WHNA shall be deemed payable when reasonably notified or invoiced by our treasurer on a yearly basis. Payment collected shall be applied towards a membership for that specific calendar year only.
